The Work-Life Excellence Award recognises employers who are committed to helping their employees harmonise work and personal commitments. It honours employers who:
•	Recognise the business value in paying attention to their employees' Work-Life needs;
•	Ensure senior management, direct supervisors and employees are committed to the Work-Life strategy in the long term; and
•	Implement their Work-Life strategies effectively.

The Work Life Excellence Award is open to all organisations. Winners can use the Award logo for recruitment and publicity purposes for two years from date of Award.
