The Work-Life Works! (WoW!) Fund is a one-time grant given to businesses to encourage employers to introduce Work-Life strategies at the workplace. The WoW! Fund helps to defray costs incurred by organisations while introducing Work-Life measures. An approved project can be funded up to 80% of costs subject to a maximum of $20,000.

WoW! Fund : Information Sessions
The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) holds information sessions for employers and HR practitioners who would like to find out more about the WoW! Fund.
To register, please email your name, designation, organisation, contact information and the date of the session you wish to attend to MOM_worklife@mom.gov.sg. Please note that attendance is subject to confirmation. Priority will be given to those whose registrations are confirmed.
Flexi-Works! is an initiative by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), in partnership with the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to help companies hire new workers on part-time or flexible work arrangements.
Flexi-Works! offers a grant of up to $100,000 to support a company's efforts in implementing flexible work arrangements.
The grant can be used for costs incurred for job redesign, consultancy, recruitment, training, absentee payroll and equipment, or to put in place part time or flexible working arrangements.
