As part of the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy, we reach out to business
leaders/owners, HR practitioners and Work-Life consultants. Together, we influence and
facilitate the acceptance and adoption of Work-Life Strategies. In addition, we host
Development and Expert forums with leading HR consultants and international speakers to
enable our members to strengthen their HR infrastructure.
Communications channels such as out Upbeat newsletters, monthly electronic newsletters
and website also keep members informed of the latest international and local research, case studies and best practices.
Research Development
We undertake research studies to identify trends and provide invaluable insights into the
expanding and evolving Work-Life Integration landscape. These insights enable members to
review and fine tune their human capital strategies to prepare for the future.

We publicise the success stories of both corporations and individuals in their
