The treatment of this design is based on two curve strokes.
These are the lower case of the letters ‘e’ for employer and ‘a’ for alliance.
The ’e’, which is neatly constructed, represents
the fact that the employee’s work-life
is well organised. The ‘a’, which is a free-hand brush stroke,
represents the social/family aspect of the employee’s life, which is spontaneous and lively.
The two strokes with different treatments are well balanced in the
square green box which represents a perfect working environment that is
harmonised and innovative. The italic typeface signifies progressiveness.
The box is green which suggests harmony and innovation while the orange colour suggests energy.
The swirling strokes inside the box also suggest the vibrant
and positive energy that is active in the well balanced environment.
The ‘a’ stroke curving out of the box suggests the
‘thinking out of the box’ attitude of individuals.
Being white, the ‘e’ breaks the monotonous square shape and not only creates interest,
it makes the design memorable and also suggests creativity.
The concept of this logo shows that a work environment based on
a delicate balance of the work/life philosophy enables each individual to have a positive
mindset at work. This helps companies achieve a harmonised and cohesive work place.
It also generates innovation and creativity that results in maximum productivity.
