Definition

Family Day is an event organised by the company at which employees and their family members participate in some activities, usually in an informal setting.  The activities vary and range from health and sports events, visits to places of interest, to overseas trips.  These events aim to facilitate bonding between employees and their families, as well as enhancing relationships between co-workers.
