Childcare Arrangements refer to the special arrangements which organisations make to address the concerns of child care among parents of young children, while they are at work. These arrangements include on-site childcare centres and / or before and after school programmes, childcare / before and after school care centres located around company, as well as a chain of childcare centres islandwide, in which employees of the organisation may receive a discount for enrolling their children.
